Hello, everybody! My name is Rohit Ram, and I'm looking to give back to the community (especially with high school and university students). Let me introduce myself at the moment I am in university and have a passion for fitness.. My fitness journey began about two years ago. I started as a very thin and lean frame, and I didn't know anything about fitness. My start in the gym was a bit rocky to say the least. That has changed over the years. I don't know everything, nor do I have any fitness-based education, but I do have experience that helps a bit. I have been quite inconsistent over the past two years to be honest, and I feel like it's only been about six months of serious training. This is because my training has been off over the years, and it would take me several months to get small improvements as I felt unprepared every time I went into the gym. I couldn't afford coaching in high school to get the assistance I needed to start my fitness journey, but I feel like I've gained enough experience and knowledge over the last two years to help kids, older teenagers, or young adults with their fitness.
Just a reminder, this is a free service that I'm not going to make any money off of or charge people! I want this to help people in my situation who have not been able to afford a coach to look for some basic guidelines when it comes to training and a little bit about nutrition. I want to help students from high schools and universities with their training.
